After identifying the need to have an in-app messaging channel, demonstrating ROI to internal budget holders and decision makers is a necessary and responsible step.
However how to calculate ROI is often not immediately obvious when buying software that crosses many different customer journeys.
We’ve helped many of the companies we work with write their business plan, and have also recently launched some useful tools within our product to help our customers continuously measure and report the ROI of customer journeys easily.
We’ve just published a white paper that shares all of the ways you can measure the ROI of an in-app messaging channel, including decreases in costs, increases in revenue, and a reduction in risk. We also share a bunch of journeys from our library that you can use when running a proof of concept.
